It's fascinating to see how much the haunted mansion changes throughout the years, I have to admit
? Has it changed much? Seems pretty much the same. Sure, some small things change, like, Madam Leota floating rather than sitting on the table, but that doesnt change much as the core of "Madam Leota speaking to the dead with instruments" hasn't changed. And, sure, the bride in the attic has changed appearance, but the core of "a bride in the attic" hasn't changed. Heck, even the Hat Box Ghost change is just bringing back something that used to be there lol
@@poletooke4691 no I mean since the first interpretation of it on the channel, not just like last time they showed it off. Theres a lot more custom models and features than the first time around.
I was at Disneyland a few weeks ago, with a friend of mine (who's favorite attraction is "The Haunted Mansion"), I couldn't believe with my own eyes (literally) how darker the lighting was!
Love haunted mansion at night adds to the spooky effect
I swear riding these rides at night is the most realistic time to ever go on.
Haunted Mansion at night>>>
8:28 FINALLY!!!! HE'S BACK!!!!😭😭💖💙🎩💙💖😭😭 i've been waiting for that moment to come when he comes back! you just made my day
He's been back since 2015....
@@poletooke4691 ;-; we know but he had another return today i felt bad for him because he accidently gave somebody a heart attack so he was taken away for 2019 or 2020 which was devastating but now they brought him back this year
@@hatboxghostlol he never left, where's the source for that story
@@ItzAdrian02 maybe he left in a different haunted mansion ;-; maybe that's what i was missing i guess cause i remember that they took it away but since you said that i don't know which disneyland you go to but your very very lucky he didn't leave that specific haunted mansion of yours ;-;
@@hatboxghostlol I been going to Disneyland for a very long time the only time he was removed was during opening weke cuz the effect didn't work.
The day they fix the way Ezra holds his hat, is the day I'll be truly happy with this refurbishment.
Awesome LMG! Love that camera you use! Hey that's the day I couldn't get there in time to meet up with you & Brett! Lol
Why does everybody completely avoid the changing portraits? That's one of the best parts of the attraction.
i have been on the ride countless times, used to scare the heck out of me. I am 39 but i didn't know there was supposed to be a body hanging in the stretching room in the first part of the attraction until i was like 20. I didn't know cause i wasn't looking up when i was a kid.
So I haven't been in a while (sadly), but I want to know, are the colors of the ghosts are accurate or if it's your camera? I remember them looking more muted, but here they seriously pop!
To me, (eye issues) his vids really show the mansion because I cant see shit and they dint pop. They may have been repainted?
It looks to me like they may have removed the giant scrims in front of the ghosts. they look very clear and they used to be more diffused.
It recently went down for a refurbishment. They got full on repaints. I honestly miss the muted appearance though.
It’s crazy how haunted mansion becomes longer each time, I remember when it used to be less than 10 mins to get on but either way, it’s one of my fav rides.
That's such a long line, Totally worth the wait!
One of my favorite rides, I’m trying to do a HM cake for my birthday this year.
Love it to hear them scream.
"Fantasmic. Experience it in just 15 minutes." Apparently a lot of people don't care, that's a long line!
I am your host, your Ghost Host!
I liked the haunted mansion ride a lot
Woah, I've never seen a CM carrying a candelabra before! I wonder what that was all about?
What's the time stamp? I didn't notice that
@@poletooke4691 2:48
@@BenneLuke Oh! I didn't notice that. Yeah, that is weird.
This is my favorite ride (and my favorite ridethrough youtuber) but I cannot watch past the stretching room because the people in there screaming at the end make me want to punch a wall. That is my biggest pet peeve because it ruins the experience for everyone else in the room for no good reason other than to be a jerk. Also hated the cast member talking over the spiel in the stretch room at the beginning. And them still funneling people into the foyer while the spiel has already started. Disney needs to get their act together and time this better (and also do something about inconsiderate guests) because I am actually considering letting my passes expire. I don't know if the parks are worth it anymore.
My fave right at DL!
I recorded the stretching room on my channel which was because my sister told me to turn it off
I remember standing in those lines. Much easier this way. 😉
because it's 13 minutes
What the hell happened in the graveyard scene?
Wdym?
Refurbishment, repaints
@@TheHauntedMansionArchive but most of them are not singing
@@Original_furoraru Yeah, the refurbishment honestly sucked. They barely fixed anything besides redoing the loading area and repaints. It's BS
so i didn't know that from all the times i did it from 3 years old till 19.
In.
this ride scared me to death as a kid because I rode the ride in October. so there I was a three year old kid in the stretcing room, lightning flashes and I see jack skellingtons face on the celling. I nearly peed my pants I was so scared, but I went on... until the ballroom scene, where the peppers ghost effect was so convincing to three year old me that I thought they were real ghosts. so I was so scared that I hid my face in my lap for the rest of the ride. TL,DR the reason nightmare before Christmas is my least favorite Disney movie is because of childhood trauma given to me at Disneyland.
