I divorced the devil after over a decade of every kind of abuse and i identify heavily with being afraid to leace because the consequences would be worse than the life i had. He destroyed my life for leaving him

I love Erika always think she is so misunderstood she has so much compassion and is forgiving of the other women when I know some wouldn't show her the same.

Oh cmon! She had clothes, bags with a worth of MILLION dollars! Why didn't she sell those to make money? When she was in a shop with Heilen and bought her a 800$ dress as a gift! You are really naive to think she was financially pressured but she had access to the money to buy gift to her friends.

I’m no fan of Erika but I will give her credit for not going and crawling under a rock like I felt she should have. It couldn’t have been easy
I’m sure that what her legal team would’ve wanted though haha-she might be a wealthier woman if she would’ve let the professionals do their job
I’ve watched a couple of shows each season & while everyone says she didn’t show empathy .. if she had -people would use that as an admission of guilt. This woman has taken a beating and I like and respect her grit.

There is no way he would have told her what he was doing. Just like the Guidice’s I 100% believe she had no idea. He shut her down when she asked. I believe this because if this happened to us (which it wouldn’t) my husband would have no idea. He doesn’t even know when I pay or file taxes. He never asks. It’s easy for 1 to let the other handle it all. Hopefully an eye opener to everyone to pay attention to what others are doing and know what your signing.

I couldn't stand Erica and how she behaved on RHOBH, but listening to her answering all your questions with such poise and dignity, I've changed my mind about her. I really appreciated this interview. I look her a lot differently! It’s nice to see her raw and unedited.
I am on her side all the way! She’s had a very tough, lonely life. People are so harsh to judge people. You have no clue how she grew up, this woman is a survivor. Until you walk a mile in someone else’s shoes just shut up! It has NOTHING to do with money either! You could have none or billions of dollars…when you don’t have things emotionally from the time your a child, you learn to not trust anyone. It takes years and years to break down those walls! And every time someone comes at you, there’s reason number 100 why you shouldn’t! I could go on and on…just let her be! She’s working. She never ran and she damn well could’ve that’s a lot more than most could say! Leave her be for Gods sake! She will always stand tall..she’s a fighter cause she always had to be…thank goodness but damn put yourself in her shoes for 5mins! That was her husband people! What is wrong with this world!

Mad respect for this lady. People need to look a little deeper. There is way more to her under the surface than what she shows the public. She's not "cold" as people call her. She's "stoic," a word that has been used to describe me a lot. It means that you are without emotion or don't show emotion. This is true to a point. She is stoic until she is forced to not be. There's a difference.

I’m really happy that Zack got this interview.
He alone was fair and didn’t take sides throughout the drama.
He stayed true to himself instead of pandering to the fan favourites or the crazy fans who have favourites.
My favourites are usually at odd with everyone else’s favourites so personally I appreciate Zack using logic instead of emotion to grow his channel instead of other content creators who pander to the fans and their favourites.
I still think a reality show about all of the content creators could be fun 😂

I didn't know that my husband was a drug addict and borrowing money from everyone for 3 years, he was really good at hiding it and when I'd question his behavior towards me and others he'd get angry with me so it made it hard to even question him until I left. When I left I could finally see him clearly and once I confronted him with what I knew was true he denied it for years longer until he was ready to quit, then he wanted my help so he finally told me the truth and I helped him
I had an ex husband who’d been my teacher at my all girl’s school. It’s only though watching the behaviour or Meghan Sharkle that I’ve learned he’s a sociopath or a narcissist or some sort of other “path” - some sort of personality disorder which meant by the time I was 21 I was barefoot and pregnant and living in the same state as him- even after we’d married I’d refused to leave my nursing training until they stopped me at 7 months which was the law back then.
There I was 900 km from my friends, family and career & interstate phone calls in those days were far too expensive. This was back in the dark ages of letter writing.
Just where he wanted me, isolated- met my mother in law at my wedding 😱 , I learned why but it was too late then.
We made a good team from the outside to the point that within not too many years we were multi millionaires through a lot of hard work, sacrifice and financial risks.
As I got busier with the children and he helped to make us richer I often had legal documents put in front of me to sign.
My mother had taught me well to never sign anything that you haven’t read. He’d get very exasperated as time went on whenever I had questions about what I was signing.
It must have p’ed him off pretty badly because it wasn’t until I was going through the divorce we found that in the end he was forging my signature.
That was very good of you to help your ex when he obviously had hit rock bottom.
I have a son who’s now in his mid 40s who’s been an addict since adolescence, a heart breaking consequence of being the first child in a very dysfunctional family.
The others suffer in their own ways but none of us came out unscarred.
I can't imagine being accused of something you didn't do. Especially on that level. You went through the fire girl and came out the other side.
Anyone who feels the need to have an opinion about her and what happened around her than you owe it to her to at least do your research. I appreciate how authentic she is the season and in this interview. Thanks for being real Erika.

It was never about if she knew anything or not, it was her complete lack of empathy.

@@jlt2693 ,another classic sign is impulsively, and aggressive behavior towards others. Erica is not either. So don't take one trait of many people and use it as character assassination. She didn't get a lot of lessons in life from her mother, and by 18 she married her stoic husband. Where was empathy ever taught or demonstrated to her in these unhealthy relationships? Behavior patterns and feelings have to be exhibited by the family and other people in our lives who raise us. And marrying her husband at 18 did not help as he was not a warm, caring, and soft man. We aren't born with empathy, it is a feeling we learn as we grow, like many others. We have to experience all of life's situations to know what our brains have to offer. She does care deeply, if you know her well, but Tom left her in a huge mess.She started out drowning because of him. And now she has more on her than she can imagine. It is going to be a long, difficult and expensive walk for her. People should withhold judgment on her now. Time is a great teacher, and her road will be hard. Be kind.
Hello Zack the behaviour of Tom could have been changing because he realised the walls were closing in , seeing Erica today is better than the way she treated some people on the show , sometimes she didn’t help herself

Thank you so much, Zach for this interview! I was so excited and am watching with my 96 year old grandma now. As a paralegal currently in college to get my law degree, I have always believed Erika. Law is often difficult to comprehend; but, I knew she did not know because attorneys use IOLTA accounts and can only be touched by the firm or accountants. She also could not apologize because 1) it’s an open case 2) that would be an admission of guilt 3) she didn’t know the whole truth nor does she now. We forget she is a victim here too and her whole life turned upside down. I lost my 12 year old German Shepherd in 2018 and I know the pain she is feeling… it took me 2 years to get a new one. I’m rooting for you Erika, always have, and you are so strong! God will be able to use this experience I just know it. Sending much ❤, respect, healing energy, blessings, and support your way.

Since watching Erika on the real housewives, since day 1 I have always liked her, shes a kind, fair and respectful and I love her honesty, its so sad what has happened to her and her husband.
