I like the ruckus.I have one.I like to sit higher though.I feel safer.Ive had a bunch of dirt bikes and It took some getting use to the idea of riding a scooter.The main thing was I got older and want to do everything legal so police don't stop me all the time.Thats why I don't ride a duel purpose.In the cities they are hard on dirt bikes.Anyway my seat is like 31 inches and that still feels low to me.Those icebear clone scooters have the seat frame welded so I couldn't put a stock ruckus seat and frame on one.If I could I would probably try one instead of swapping my honda engine for a GY6.

Gino Foogle thanks, man. It was carbureted. I parted it out before I finished the build. I was trying to build 2 at the same time & kept going back & forth so I sold this one so I could concentrate on just one. I’ll be building a V2 at some point. 👌🏼
@@joejoe6949 this Ruck was sold years ago. But to try to answer your question, it's easy to drop over $5k on a build. I'm currently building one for a guy and he's got over $6500 into it so far, not including my labor cost. Hope that helps. Depends how much of the work you do yourself, but it’s easy to spend $3k+ to swap to GY6
easier to just wait for someone to sell their GY6 swapped Ruck. I've seen a few ranging from 3500-5000

I had it up to 71 or 72mph before I let off the throttle. Front end was shaking so much I thought my teeth were gonna rattle out 😂
