Six Sigma was developed by Bill Smith while working at Motorola. Since then, it has become a really important topic to study and is being followed by world wide existing companies and brands. In this video , I have discussed about the meaning of six Sigma, history of six sigma, it's two methodologies namely DMAIC & DMADV and all these are explained with examples.

Japan nearly finished by the Nuclear Bomb, in 1945.
Still, They were under the control of Allies, ie, America, Briton & China, nearly 7 years.
These hardworking people realised, Quality Products will be accepted by the entire world.
They implemented their own Quality Control Concept in their all Technical field.
Within brief time, they established Globally, due to the High Quality of their Products.
They didn't gave any particular name for their Quality Control Concept.
When American Industrialists came to know about this, they made a systematic modification and gave a name, "Six Sigma Quality Concept".
It was initiated by William Smith of Motorolla, in 1987.
Actually, it is invented by Japan only.
I met two Japanese Electronic Engineers, in Dubai.
They explained me the true History of Six Sigma Quality Concept.
