Women are attracted to intelligence, and this should've been on the list. What if it's winter and the man wears a gloves she won't see the nails. Check and modify the list Princes. Stay strong.
So if what if a man has on gloves? The assessment is to be made without the hands being covered up. If the nails are nasty and this person is not a mechanic, you got problems. A mechanic with a sense of life, will not be sporting dirty nails, as they use surgical gloves.

2. Breath-will never be forgotten if bad
3. Hair-groomed hair. Good barber. Not unkempt.
4. Shoes-One of the first things women look at.

6. Confidence-women will know if you're a shy guy right away

8. Grooming habits-state of skin
9. Posture-no slouching, or head down.
10. Nails-clean nails

2. Bad breath isn't as bad as a bad tooth. Bad breath after eating food with garlic, can be made fun of, but bad breath as in a bad tooth is horrible, and such an encounter can last a lifetime.
3. Hair that's always clean, well groom, cut well, styled, and smell good, is a visual that will last a lifetime. It's part of the physical attraction that causes the other person to be bother with you.
4. Dirty shoes regularly worn with clean looking clothes is a red flag. A person coming out a construction site with dirty shoes, attempting to talk to woman, while totally dirty could be a fed flag.
6. I've worked with many stupid confident guys, but they were funny, seem to know many things, and all the females that hooked up with them ended in disaster.
7. Sense of humor is always a plus, and it'll bring a person closer to want to hear more. A sense of humor and everything else is okay could be the beginning of a good relationship.
8. There are people that don't use toilet paper, people that seem to hate washing their hands after using the toilet, blow snot out their nose with their finger (wiping their hands on their clothes,) and people that wait far too long to take a bath and just wash, and it shows on their skin. Stay away from these people.
9. Walking with your head down, so that you won't trip and fall is a good thing, but to walk straight ahead as if confident, but step in a pothole and sprain an ankle is a red flag. Bad posturing while sitting or walking is a red flag that the person could be a disappointment and setback. Females sitting with their legs gaped open is alluring for the wrong reasons, and a red flag that person is not to be taken seriously, and should be left alone.
10. Dudes with dirty nails is a red flag he's crazy. Walk away from them. A conscientious dude such as a mechanic will clean his nails before even thinking about talking to a woman.

These are very useful tips but more so for the average guy with average pocket. It is also true that if you have a decent bank account most women will most likely overlook most of the points on the list as you naturally become potentially number one provider on their list but guys whatever the case, have good breath.
