- Hi, there! Today, I thought I'd try making a studio vlog and take you along with me to see what a regular day running my Etsy sticker shop looks like. A lot of things went wrong today, but that's a normal part of running a small business. It's important is to not get not get caught up on all the things that go wrong and focus on moving forward! Great job with your vlog and pushing through the challenges of running an Etsy shop! I am in the process of opening an Etsy shop too. There’s definitely a lot that goes on behind the scenes! Don’t worry about little, relatable spelling errors. I would still totally sell those stickers that say “curios” on them and maybe just include a small note saying “Oops! I’m human!” or something like that. I have purchased products from big and small businesses with spelling errors. No biggie. And it doesn’t affect the actual stickers. Just fix it going forward, but sell the ones that say “curios” anyway. (You could even put “Limited edition ‘Curios’ sheet” and show a little humor with it 😊).
You’re doing awesome, and you’re braver than I am (I’ve been talking about starting a shop for years and have all the equipment… just haven’t started yet 😅).

Oh man, that cricut sounds like a nightmare :( I've never used one since I just order through sticker giant. But I was truly feeling your pain! And then the typo, oh honey I've been there *crying emoji* Maybe sell them as a "seconds sale" at a discount? The good news is your artwork is so adorable!!! ;)
Do you ever sell your “mess ups”? I would totally buy those!! I’ve seen some other shops sell them for discounted prices.
I usually throw misaligned stickers in as freebies with every order!
How do you get sales? Do you post on instagram. Like I feel like you can just have stickers sit there and never sell. Unless you have a youtube or a super successful instagram.
