When Cerise told me she was banned, I was and still am incredibly infuriated. She has been nothing but hard working on Royale High, only to be banned for absolutely no reason. I've been friends with Cerise since 2018, in which she was level 15k at the time. She's an incredibly sweet woman who has a lot of love for leveling on Royale High, as well as other games like Crown Academy, Horse Valley, and other games where you're able to level. She's unproblematic, she always makes sure the people around her are okay, and she hangs out with her friends quite frequently. She levels in public servers and mainly levels by doing quests. Everything she has worked for and achieved has been grinded for AND farmed for fairly, so how on earth are the devs going to have the AUDACITY to ban Cerise for so long. Like I'm sorry, but that's actually heartbreaking. She spent so much of her time on Royale High. She does farming streams, she makes little Royale High skits on her youtube channel. There are some ways to glitch certain quests to make them go by faster, but literally everyone does it. Like the "poppy I got hurt quest." when you get your ice pack and spam click any of the options, it makes the quest progress bar go up faster than it would normally. For the hairbrush quest, if you spam click BETWEEN the options, the progress bar goes up significantly faster than it normally would as well. People even combine their quests like brushing your teeth and sitting in a chair while running forward to complete the run a mile quest at the same time. Sleeping while vacuuming. Like there's so many ways to speed up your leveling progress even just the slightest, which are all PART of the game. I truly hope her ban reaches more attention so the devs actually look at it and reconsider, cause that ban was uncalled for.
That's actually crazy that they banned her, I saw at least 20 exploiter in 1month of game.. and never got banned

@@zeezivkuniYeahh, im really glad. She let me know on discord n said her friend messaged support explaining what happened and said a bunch of positive things about her. That got support's attention and actually responded to Cerise after. She been playing roblox high school 2 while banned. Said she counted that as a "break." She'll be back to leveling and doing what she loves in no time :)

This is ridiculous. RH has been very problematic lately. The Halloween update was delayed (yes ik barbie was sick but the other devs could've worked on it while she was), they ruined the masc body, there hasn't been a new phase in 4 MONTHS, they replaced the locker courtyard with the castle's heart (which no one asked for), they always make sets WAY overpriced (especially heels), and now people are getting banned for no reason. If they keep this up no one is gonna play RH anymore and the game will die, its probably slowly dying already. I miss 2018-2019 when roleplaying was normal and wasn't looked down upon, and when the devs/community weren't problematic.
Even though I do agree with some of these things, the rh devs work rlly hard to make the new phases. Even though it wasn’t asked for, so many people love the castle heart. Plus, it would take a very long time to make the new map and they’ve been doing big bug fixes and are having to prepare for the valentines holiday and the big wave of people expecting it. They definitely shouldn’t have banned that person, but these are also things that we need to think about

My god, this whole banning thing getting ridiculous. First people were getting banned for clicking the wrong card in a little mini game, and now people are getting banned for just leveling up. It’s not even they’re fault anymore it’s the dev teams fault for have such a sh**ty programming 💀💀💀

My girlfriend got banned for *30+* years just because she fell asleep on game. No clue what had happened, but they won't hear her out. She's complained multiple times to them, and they finally answered last week (out of who knows how many months since this incident happened) only to say they won't change anything, won't even shorten the time, and now flat out ignoring her again.
Rh devs and Barbie need to get their shit together. This banning crap is getting out of hand, and they're slacking. If you feel you don't want to put the energy into your creation anymore, don't just turn it to crap and start slacking off?? Just make an announcement there's no further updates or you need a period of hiatus, but with what they're doing now they're doing nothing but making their own community hate them.
At this point they should just pass the game over to someone who would ACTUALLY take it seriously and listen to the community

i had her added too for some days. we would always end up in each other's server because we both would frequently farm at the same time. sad to hear this happened and i hope this issue gets resolved soon. she is absolutely NOT an exploiter. please support her!

Cerise is a good friend of mine and I'm furious about this situation. The fact she's STILL banned and not getting any response is insane to me. I got a trade ban around the same time as her ban and I heard back within a few days. She hasn't heard a single word afaik. She's been spending her time grinding to max out Bloxburg and building a mansion. I feel so bad for her, she really misses RH and she worked SO hard for her levels. She used to use my dorm a lot for quests.
The other thing that irritates me about this is that the top player got banned around the same time, and she got unbanned almost immediately. She's friends with one of the devs. They're playing favorites and it's honestly gross.
I feel so bad for Cerise, she didn't deserve that. She literally worked so hard to get there, and got it all taken away for no reason.

@@guts7926 first of all, she probrably has 4x multipliers, second of all, dior even said she always sees her farming, third of all, bots always make mistakes. it’s almost impossible for actual humans to ban all those people, even the top player got banned then unbanned.

@@JohnPaderes well true, i forgot that multipliers don’t multiply xp, but still, bots have so many errors these days especially for royale high, you never know. now just to be clear i’m not 100% defending cerise because like i said you never know, but i’m kind of leaning more to cerise’s side because i know that bots ban people for the most random reasons, i once had a friend who literally got banned and they took the offensive items as “hi” and “lol” (NOT KIDDING). but that’s kinda my opinion.

Okay the thing I dont get is why are they bothered about people leveling up and not fixing issues in rh. Plus they overpriced things such as ss heels and ww boots in rh like 70k-80k for a pair of heels?! I’ve been playing rh for 4 years, I started to level up way more than before since the new school and a month ago I got banned for the same reason I did appeal and got unbanned but it’s still unforgivable that they banned me and other people for no reason

The moderation system is so messed up. 9 months ago I got banned from the trading hub for exploiting even tho I didn’t do that it’s so annoying
I quit. With the inflation, crazy pricing, toxic devs, crashing, no new phases etc, and now THIS? I have lost all hope for this game.
Fr, I might even quit too if these problems don't get fixed. I don't even play RH that long anymore because it's getting boring, I just play it to do the daily login and spin the wheel. They should've worked on getting the rest of the phases out and THEN add the castle's heart, nobody even asked for the locker courtyard to be replaced with it. It's been like 4 months since a new phase has come out which is kinda sad. I know they're working on seasonal stuff too but I'm sure they could fit some time into their schedule to work on the phases as well. And I really hate what they did to the masc body. I'm a girl and don't make male ocs, but it's unfair to the male players of RH. If the devs keep this up then nobody is gonna play their game anymore.

I might quit royale high at this point. We haven’t gotten a phase in 4 MONTHS. I know the devs could be busy but the new school is just way to rushed! I also know the devs are trying their hardest,but I would have been fine to wait as long as it takes to get all the phases and a COMPLETED new school. Royale high needs to step up their game or everyone’s quitting😭
I used to see her like at LEAST once a week farming levels and then I was with my friend one day and I was looking at my spot on leaderboards and I noticed she was missing and hasn't been on it recently so I checked if she was banned but I could'nt tell omg this is horrible what... but also, she got banned for farming too fast, she got over 10k in a couple months (i've been playing for years and just hit 9k D:) I would just recommend taking breaks if you're someone whose doing this!
I’ve been doing 65 levels per day and last month I got banned from trading for no reason. That day I do remember doing 91 levels and also getting a halo but it was all done fairly. They decided to ban me from trading and took 3 weeks to get unbanned
I have a goal to enter the honor roll and that’s why I’ve been leveling up so much but this honestly makes me scared to play the game, risking getting banned for yeaaaars it’s scary
honestly, royale high has been really iffy lately. The new schools a bust for the most part, people keep getting banned, glitterfrost was definitely not that great and among other things: Royale high isn’t the same. As someone who has basically grown up on this game, this is a deeply saddening fact. I hope all the devs who have been working on this game will be working on other projects

I got banned for trying to sell the Autumm 2019 halo for 900k- apparently is was exploiting and offensive content. Honestly royal high just isnt fun anymore, people work hard in this game and it easily gets taken from us. And some people don't even get unbanned.
I am actually thinking of quitting royal high I’m not even level 200 but I have been playing for years in different accounts. Royal high is an amazing game but it is getting so many bad things. First making masculine body’s an exact copy of feminine body’s. Then banning people for no reason. Their banning people who are playing their game 24/7 who push their game to be popular instead of the people who are atcully doing wrong things 💀 like royal high step up your game 😭💀

I'm a developer making my own game and I'm suprised I can make masculine body meshes and moderate stuff better than a whole team of devs (probably because I'm more empathethic than all of the royale high devs combined)

This is why when I do play to play with one of the kids I babysit (we have a time dedicated to screen play, how I got to know her when I first babysat her was by saying I play roblox to and she asked me to play with her) anyways I practically use my diamonds right away as I get them

I usually don’t comment, but I had to when I saw this. I’m grinding for every set and I just need one more seasonal set, although I do that by grinding and leveling up. First it was the mini game (Because if you go afk it gives you the mini game I noticed) and now today there’s a possible chance I could get banned just because I wanna save up for Mon Cheri. Rh devs say that our hating hurts them, but with all due respect it’s because they’re not fixing the stuff like this. If this happened to you I am so sorry and hope that Rh hears us one day so you have the choice to play again.

i keep getting temporarily banned for “exploiting and using bots for diamonds” but the only way i get them is by leveling up or occasionally going to sunset island but it happens time after time after time and its annoying because i feel like i have to make another account just in case this one gets band because its becoming wayyyy too common.

Wow...I was planning on buying the Diamond Multipliers because I wanted to play Royal High, but now I'm not sure anymore...
As someone who has been playing this game as a way to escape and find comfort since i was little, this is REALLY starting to piss me off. I've always defended the developers as this game means so much to me and i have so much history with it, but seeing as they have such a massive community you'd think they would care more about this. And the wait on the school is ridiculous, I used to defend that as well and tell others to be patient but it's been YEARS, and they give us musical chairs and wildly expensive vending machine snacks. I own all of the gamepasses and still have to grind my butt off for clothing and furniture. If all of this doesn't get fixed within the next couple of months I'll consider quitting altogether. I'm not going to support developers who don't give a crap about their players.
So, I think the reasons the banning system is so- Horrible right now MIGHT be because it's still set up and updated to the old version of RH where we couldn't lvl as fast, SO IT MIGHT"VE decided they lvled to fast. as for the trading thing . . that's just the ban system being horrible as per royale high quality.

Theres literally too many flaws in royale high and it drives me MENTAL. I heard they do the same for people who trade. I’ve heard people get banned for trAding stuff from their alt and etc which is super unfair. Another thing is exploited halos. People who’ve been traded the exploited halo get banned when they didn’t even hack or exploit

I stopped playing rh less and less now due to these ban waves. The only time I ever join rh now is to do my login, then leave the game.
That’s so unfair they grinded so hard on that game! Especially right now things are getting expensive so a lot of people level up for hours or even days! And they get banned for leveling up fairly???? Why do you think people are quitting royale high now? Obviously because it’s unfair game either way their prices and all. I hope they get unbanned soon!

Banning is ridiculous I got banned for using an autoclicker because I failed the matching game because it glitched and made it so I couldn’t see what I was matching 😭
Autoclickers are not allowed in rh, its already stated in the rules. If yr matching game bugs out just leave and rejoin

I actually got banned for a day because I "used an autoclicker"?? I was literally just changing my makeup but the game got super laggy and suddenly I got a message that I was kicked out from the game. I loved this game before, it's sad to see it die like this.

Once I've been banned for auto clicking but I was stuck in first person and I my sis was trying to get me out and when she clicked a few times cuz she thought I couldn't click I got banned for auto clicking. Idk how they thought I was clicking that fast but I got banned :,) but at least it was for 3 hours and I was apt to go to sleep
