Master Cylinder and Pedal Assembly Ford F100

In this video I need to replace the Brake Master Cylinder with a new unit in my 1968 F100. I also discover that the pedal assembly is in need of repair, so I tackle that as well.

Looks like some interesting welds on the bearing install. Not that I can criticize. As you said "grinders were made for welders like me", or some such.

There is a way to bleed the brakes alone. But having a friend over is cool.

Yeah, I've tried a few ways and I just haven't had the success I was hoping for. Plus, having a friend over gave me chance to talk about the truck, which was a win in my book. :)

That pedal assembly has some WEAR! That's crazy that it was used so much it started wearing through the assembly itself.

Yeah, one of those things I probably should have paid more attention to when buying the truck, but it's fixed now. That pedal rebuild assembly vid comes out tomorrow, hopefully it's not as cringy as this one. :)
