If your fan gets damaged, then just get it replaced

The company should be sued if they don't provide free replacement for these faulty products. I don't wanna pay yearly 2000 rs for a fan that is supposed to work for atleast 10years.
I have LG GLT 402 double door fridge 18 months used. The freezer was not cooling enough. I contacted LG through the supplier and sent a Technician to repair. He came , checked everything and came up with defective fan and suggested to replace complete assembly. He went and brought with a new fan and grill assembly fitted it but still not working ! Can you suggest any other defects ?.
There are two sensor one in top ( I am talking about two door ) & one in bottom replace both it doesn't matter which is working and which is not replace it directly you would not know unless you wait for 2-3 days of observation so change it it may work

Lost almost a week . The spare set of fans they brought first was also defective , The New Set ! I understood how India is ! Not.only food / medicine /even spare parts are fake !
