He has some good moves but he got most of his heals from running fast and powerful shots on the goal. This is why he can't rely on that anymore. Hope no one gets upset, but Messi's footwork and the way he dribbles and pass players is totally on another level. He used to pass a whole team in a talented way and NATURALLY; not just a result of practice. He did it effortlessly. Also I truly believe that Messi did it not to put on a show, it was because he can do it.

He always tried to take on players and most of his goals were a result of either him outrunning other players or other players passing down to him and then scoring. Once Ronaldo switches his style of play he’ll be elite again. He just needs to be the main target man instead of trying to take players on. Let the young ones learn your movement and find you in the box instead of you trying to dribble your way around players. He needs to stay in the penalty box and let the young ones do the dribblings.
