Hi everyone, if you want to be able to do this without PowerApps Premium, I made a new tutorial on how to do this in excel.
The excel version is probably better if you follow the tutorial all the way through. The end product is:
At the click of one button, you can generate 100s of PDFs from excel data (like a csv file).
    Check out the demonstration here!
    czcams.com/video/GqD6bwzWdHE/video.html
The tutorial is the video right after my demonstration!

Hi Henry. Thank you for this tutorial! This is really helpful. Do you have any tips when it comes to creating Word docs from a template that is populated with SharePoint List data? I have information stored across several lists and I'm trying to figure out how I can create a Powerapp that lets me select items from each of the lists to collate it into a word doc template I have already. My alternative approach would be to collate it all on a dedicated list, export to Excel and use that for mail merge within Word. I have several hundred itineraries to populate with varying travel details and feel there must be a way of doing this using a flow and powerapp. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you :)

Start with template, then flow, then app rather than the app first 😅

Your video is very helpful and easy to follow. I use your technique to create a work flow generate word document from Power App input. My generated word document saved in Sharepoint document library. I wonder how I can add a step in the work flow to send out email with the generated word document as an attachment to a distribution list (enter in Power App text input). I see you made a video about send email by Power App. Could you make an video as a next step of this video- send the generated word document as attachment, please?
Also I notice if I save the generated word document in Sharepoint Document library, if I generate a file with same file name, the new file won't replace the old one. Is there a way that has a pop up ask if user wants to replace?

You can add in an If statement. Here's some example logic.
If TextField1.Text is blank, then Run() the flow. Otherwise, do nothing (or display an error message that might have been Visible = False .. so you can set DisplayMessage.Visible = True) Something like that should work!
