The first sunny day! Thank god. It was crazy how good the trails were after 3 days of rain. I managed to hang on about half way up laruel mtn climb. Then finished solo. I padded my time to Jerry but Tyler also put more time on me.
One more day to keep it all together.

The Hub area was already great with the food and coffee trucks, Brevard right down the road. Now with the Bakehouse and Ecusta Brewery, it is even better. Just got back from our third spring break in Pisgah. So good, but I could have done without Farlow Gap in the rain. Those trails are not too bad in the rain, though, definitely better than the Northeast!
