VFS is charging the facilitation fee and should not ask you to go out for making photocopies, they have the copier for that purpose only and not for sitting on it and taking a bum print

It’s the same story everywhere, be it a DTH or a food delivery app or whatever, they put the lowest paid nonsense guys on phone on companies’ behalf, as the real key persons in the company don’t have the moral courage to face their aggrieved customers , who want to raise an issue after going through the trauma of facing their non- professionalism and profiteering behaviour.

Always scan your receipts, always keep your bank pass book and chequebook with you. Record your calls. Being confident is ok but overconfident will land you in huge trouble. BTW thanks for your awareness video

In August I Submitted my application at vfs delhi for long term student visa ( Germany) , they added Sms charges which I was ok with but the thing is I never received any sms update from vfs throughout vfs🤦♂️, after getting visa approved for Visa stamping the earliest date I was getting is after 1 month so i was forced to take their Premium lounge service.

bhai maine 7 oct ko netherlands mien apply kiya tha visitor visa 13 oct ko vfs ne msg kiya k apka passport netherlands embassy ko dispatch kar diya hai theek 3 minute baad vfs ka msg aata hai k aapka passport netherland embassy se vfs ne recieve kar liyaa hai uske theek 5 minute baad fhir msg aata hai k apka passport hmne aapko courier kar diyaa hai.2 minute mien embaasy ne kaise sara process kar diyaa samaj nhi aa rahi .
2 .sara paisa cash se leh rahe hai card se yeh log payment nhi lete.
3.blue dart wale agar aap village mien rehte ho toh courier nhi deliver karte yeh keh dete hai out of delivery area hai kya hum uganda mien rehte hain jo aap villages mien courier deliver nhi karte.yeh sab fraud kar rahe hai milke customer toh inke liye bas ek shikaar hai aur kuch nhi.
4.bhai aapne video daal di yeh cheez hamare sath bahut baar hui hai.hme passport lene delhi ana padta hai punjab se aur yeh courier charges vapis karne se mna kar dete hai.vfs ki (CBI INVESTIGATION ) honi chayie yeh aaj ka sabse bda scam hoga i am sure.

Tell them you are going to consumer court and writing an email to the embassy. Explain to both sides that you will explain that you are not getting the service against the money you have paid and you are being pushed to remove the videos.

Visa slots were sold for student visa germany in delhi vfs. I have faced this issue last year. when vfs Says there are no slots available, then how private agents can sell those delhi vfs slots for 50-60k. It's clear, vfs sell such slots to agents and earn commission on it.

This is a standard excuse by all companies be it Banks, Malls or any God damn establishment in India, to save their asses and protect their jobs. I went to the Delhi VFS on 2nd August. My friend and I have applied for France tourist visa where I am the main applicant. They asked for courier assurance charges explaining the same thing, only difference is, they said I can claim up to 500 USD.
We agreed to pay but she said both the passports will be sent to the same address. I said fine send both of them to my address but since both the passports are coming to me together then we should be paying 770 Rs only but they did not agree. I wasn’t ready to do it but my friend didn’t want any trouble so she agreed to pay. The person said there will be two different packages. I am waiting now to find it.

they are worst compony to provide service to customers. all embassies should change visa processor from VFS. Their call center is worst and clue less about status on customer application. Call center manager always absent even during operation/business hours.

Currently in vfs france appointments are easily available I can only talk about the problems I faced as I don’t know about the other people some people get angry after refusal and tell false stories also
