Found a fix. I just had to hook up the 2 pistons connecting the bomb and the flight mechanism to a separate switch

And if possible, please take a look at the nuke I created. I built it, but I just can't figure out the problems. I've added a lot more balloons than you, and it seems like balloons might be the issue. Even after removing all the balloons, the results are still the same. I just can't identify the problem.
