They must've made A Legendary Ocean with the Fisherman in mind. It was such a unique field card back then and so damn fun to play. I love using it with gravity bind and level limit so your lvl 4 water monsters can still attack.
Im pretty sure that because legendary fisherman isnt affected by spell cards it doesn't get the 200 boost. Cool video either way, love the old school content.

It does discount the cost by 1 while in the hand but once it enters the field the unaffected by spell cards affect is active and so the spell card does not increase attack.
Alex Tomlinson Actually, both Legendary Ocean and Umi doesn't help boost Legendary Fisherman's Atk points. If anything, monsters like Penguin Nightmare will give him 200 Atk points.

Noticed you haven’t done a deck profiler for the 03 Exodia deck. Many insane amounts of tourneys with that deck. Even won the regions millennium puzzle trophy 03 mostly playing this deck. Consisted of back up soldier, painful choice combo
I still have my original deck. It used Maha Vailo and Gemini Elf with the best equipments available at the time, Axe of Despair, United We Stand, and Mage Power.
Great video! I used to play a water deck back in the day, but it was quite different. I used Gravity Bind and Level Limit Area, but due to the Ocean all your 4 stars can still attack. So you can go with monsters like Amphibious Bugroth and Mermaid Knight. Throw in a couple of equips (United and Mage Power) or Star Boy to boost the attack a little more. I'm not sure, but I think you could run Level Limit Area in this deck too because your Fisherman should be unaffected by it. Just have to remove the Amph Beast.
Terraforming came later in Pharaonic Guardian booster pack, guy made deck with cards before PGD, as you can see he didn't put Ring of destruction in his deck, so that's why he dosen't use Terraforming in his deck.
