...and let's not forget he was in the Germs before Nirvana. One of the wildest punk bands in history. Total badass. He even starred in Prince's "Raspberry Beret" music video in the mid '80s.
He was just a touring guitarist for for a few months for Nirvana...

Well SPICE GIRLS & ALICE IN CHAINS are the Queens and Kings of the 90s. Spice girls sold over 100 million back then. Imagime how high it is now after 27 years lol they still are the #1 girl group and sold out faster in 2019 for their tour and t the audience was late 20s to people in their 60s. They are a family group. Not just kids which has been proven to death. :) They are legends and have staying power. I love them and Grunge bands too! When it comes to the women to listen to they are the fun, very sentimental group to enjoy. ✌☺

I used to have same mannerisms as Pat in college, it's great to have people confused.
It's funny seeing Pat seems at home with Spice Girls lass, acting fabulously and all. People can mistaken him as the girls' fashion director, or the make up guy. When in reality he is the member of iconic rock bands.

I think this is the first time I've ever seen Victoria smile, she's always so straight faced in her pictures. And Emma said they wanted to take the states by storm and they did just that. I LOVED the spice girls!! Didn't even know they were British when I was younger

A lot of countries don't have malls like American super malls though. New York City doesn't really have a mall either unless you count something like Manhattan Mall which is not really the type of mall Pat was talking about. Some people in other countries make fun of Americans for having malls like those actually. So he actually knew not to assume.

I use to be a Spice Girls fan from 1997 to about 2000. Great footage.
I suggest Dropping use to be. They still are Amazing, touring, just put out their 25th anniversary albums for Spice & SpiceWorld. Forever 25 will be out soon. Song leaks have happened in 2015 and December 2022, songs and clips a few days ago . Spice girls news on the way. Rejoin the group. Bring back your happy times and keep them within your music, vintage games, tv shows, movies, all that. :)

Fun Fact: Smear was an extra in Prince’s ‘Rasberry Beret’ video, but you wouldn’t recognize him
You can spot him very easily though: he wears long white robes, has long black hair and sits in front of the piano. Apparently, in those days he did acting jobs just to get by and Prince had no idea on whom the Germs were. But he knew a star when he saw one. Prince would pick the extras out himself and when he saw Pat he went "Oh yeah, that guy!"

Well the rumour of a Spice girl owing a clothing store came true...Victotria Beckham has a fashion business. I believe Mel B and Geri tried selling clothes designed by them.
The Spice Girls did become No 1 in USA. They seemed to have fun despite their hectic Spice Girls schedule in those days.
It's so nice to see them young and so carefree. Wish life could always be like that.

After Nirvanas 3rd album they really needed a 2nd guitarist for live shows and Pat Smear was a guitarist for a punk band named the Germs. I like to think if there had been a 4th album, Pat would've recorded some tracks for Nirvana.
