As an artist, I'm always amazed when I learn a new technique... especially when it's so simple and seemingly obvious. Like, OMG, why didn't I know that?! I always assumed that the most complicated part of making a repeat pattern was to get the design to align and match, but you made it SO simple. Thank you!

Please make a video on the next steps till the fabric is printed! So educational and enjoyable to watch. Loved your class. Thank u.
I love the sound of markers drawing, reminds me of my favorite television show as a child, Mr. Dressup ❤️
This is absolutely BRILLIANT! What a clever idea - and probably a traditional way of creating patterns that I missed. Thank you for that! More vids please!
thanks so much, this was so helpful! I've always done it the paper cut way but this seems so much less fiddly :) Would also love a video on any tips for what makes a good pattern, I always really struggle getting the right balance!

Absolutely loved the tutorial! I've been following you on Instagram for some time now and I didn't know you also had a CZcams channel! Very happy to see more of you :) I love making prints so the more you share the more I'll watch :) Thank you Polina!
Blanca, thank you so much! ❤️🙏
I’m very new to CZcams. I’m only just learning 😄 So thank you so much for your support!!! 🥰
I've recently discovered your work and I adore it. Also been finding your videos incredibly helpful - thank you 😊 🙏
please make a video on how to digitize it!! i'll lover it THANKS
I just discovered you, amazed how simple you teachings are. Want really to try and fell in love with pattern design, I never did it before. Thank you so much for the inspiration💝
Hermoso
Thank you so much. I've been wondering how to make a repeat pattern. I do have Adobe CC.
Welcome 🤗❤️ This method is for creating pattern with traditional media.
It's also not too complicated to do it with Photoshop. Select an area to use as a pattern. Then choose Edit > Define Pattern. I’ll try to make a video about this too :)
Thankyou for the great video. do you also teach on skillshare?
This method is WAY better than the paper cutting method! Never seen anyone done this way and thank you for sharing! This help me with the beginning process because it is so hard to thing what motifs to draw to make things work! You are an amazing teacher! Are u on Skillshare or any teaching platform??
This is great thank you! You really insipired me to make some of my own patterns :) I love your art
Thank you so much! I’m so happy to read that you are inspired to create patterns! ❤️ Good luck! 🙌✨✨✨
wow
Can i do in Illustrator? What is a Mockup? How do you do in Photoshop or Illustrator? The way you design are wow!
What kind of colored paper do you use?
Hey I have a question :Do you have any trouble with the folds in the paper showing up when you scan the artwork?
Do you have a skillshare class?
How do you digitalize your art using Photoshop??
Hi Polina, you're work is so vibrant and beautiful :) I just wondered; are your sketchbook patterns seamless/repeat or do you turn some of them into seamless patterns after scanning and editing digitally?
Can you share the link to your canon printer please?
I have found your course on Domestica, it's in English. Are there any course in Russian? Thank you.
Do you have any videos about how to make patterns that flow over the edge of the page? Or is it only done with a computer? I don't have photoshop access...too expensive these days :(

Do you have certain technique thats applicable in digital pattern making?
The most convenient option for me to make a pattern digitally is “Pattern >Make” in Adobe Illustrator 🙌🌸
This will come under camouflage ??
How can I get coloured marker or pen
They’re posca pens. I ordered some from Amazon. Hope you find them easily!
I appreciate your tutorials, however even with both volume toggles all the way up, I can barely hear you. Please check your end.
Meanwhile, I am anxious to learn this skill! Thanks so much!
