    Rellenong Bangus Part - 1, Stuffed Milkfish is separated from its skin then stuffed with its meat, ground pork, veggies and other ingredients to flavor. Rellenong Bangus is a popular dish in the Philippines & usually served on big events and special occasions yet, not our day to day dish on the table because of the special procedures in making it but, there are ways how to make it easier as shown in my version.     Rellenong Bangus | Part - 1
    Ingredients:
    1. Fish Marinade
    2 pcs - bangus skin (1.5 Kilos - 2 pcs Bangus)
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    4pcs - calamansi juice with peel
    1 tsp - pepper powder
    1 sealed plastic bag or sealed container
    2. Debone - Cook Bangus Meat
    2 pcs bangus - meat
    1 tsp - pepper powder
    1 pcs - calamansi juice
    1/4 cup - water
    1 tbsp - olive oil
    Cooking Time: approximately 8 minutes
    3. Deboning Bangus
    ***approximately 12+ minutes or less to debone per Bangus, depending on expertise
    4. Stir Fry Relleno Filling
    2 tbsp - olive oil
    1/4 cup - garlic
    2/3 cup - shallots
    1 tsp - coarse salt
    200 grams - ground pork collar
    1/2 tsp - ground pepper
    2 tbsp - tomato paste
    2 tbsp - spicy chilis
    1 cup - carrots
    1 cup - bell peppers
    1 cup - frozen green peas
    2 tbsp - sweet pickle relish
    1/4 cup - raisins
    1/2 cup - cheese
    ***bangus flakes
    1 tbsp - liquid seasoning
    1/3 cup - coriander or celery
    1 large - egg
    Cooking Time: approximately 18 minutes
    5. Stuffing Bangus
    ***marinated fish skin
    ***chilled relleno filling
    1 scoop
    1 spoon
    kitchen paper towel
    ***StuffingTime per Bangus: approximately 5 minutes or less
    6. Stitching Bangus Head
    ***Rellenong Bangus
    1 pc needle + thread
    a pair of scissors
    ***Stitching Time per Bangus: approximately 5 minutes or less
    7. Roll Rellenong Bangus in Flour
    1/2 cup - flour
    * Rellenong Bangus
    8. Fry Relleno
    1.6 liter cooking oil
    ***Rellenong Bangus
    Frying Time for 2 Bangus: approximately 23 minutes
    Serving: 6+ people
    Sauce:
    1. Catsup or
    2. sweet & sour chili garlic sauce or
    3. raw tomatoes + onions + fish sauce
