The purpose of this episode was: April Fool's Troll. Originally "Charlie Dies and Doesn't Come Back" was the finale and this ep was later promoted as a special to be released before season 2 to get people hyped.

It should not have been Pim's responsibility to get the plane tickets and book the hotel because what the hell was everyone else supposed to? Alan was the one who fucked up here not Pim. At the very least he should have told him that in person or called him. Messenger is very easy to miss.

They all screwed up, really. This is why everyone on a group trip has to pitch in with travel planning: you lay out all tasks, and decide who's in charge of which thing (flight-booking, hotel-booking, etc.)
Y'all have to keep in touch, and ask, or discuss things in person. Just e-mailing or messaging each other isn't the way to go, because some people don't check their e-mail. Others ,like Pim, won't even check their messages until last minute.
Alan should've told Pim personally, rather than just via e-mail. Pim too should look up his mails more often, or ask Alan himself to be sure.

I prefer 1 episode per video, personally. It's easier to navigate your channel that way, and it also allows us to see twice as many of your reactions because you don't have to cut out as much stuff due to copyright.
