- Furina is an INCREDIBLE support for all fontaine DPS characters, Since she's the only major support released in Fontaine so far, she is priority number one above anything else right now. After getting Furina, I have to get more lakelight lily as well, this led me to start a weird world quest.

Just go by visions, Thoma is from Inazuma, wanderer is from Sumeru, regardless of where they were born I think the vision shape is what makes most sense, so Mona is from Mondstadt

Arlecchino is most likely not her birth name, similar to how Tartaglia (also italian) real name is Ajax. Her real name might be something in French. You are correct on the second try! it is indeed pronounced like Arr-Lay-Keen-O with a hard K sound.

As an Italian I can confirn
mona has confirmed that she was born in mondstadt and her parents are immigrants. she didnt say where her parents are from. so we still dont know her lineage. writing her off as being from mondstadt is like saying american born asians are americans but not asians.
i dont know why people are saying one or the other is correct because she literally swerved the question and didnt confirm her lineage at all.
6:10 as a person who played 90% of sumeru forest barely using a Dendro character.
You don't need a Dendro character for it.
You need an electro character for a few puzzles and a thing where you can grab fairy-like orbs that do Dendro damage for every charged attack and it works on monument.

Now I'm like very confused about this Mona stuff. Like, I think you should do this challenge however it is most fun to you, but... but but but. When does Mona say anything about living in Fontaine? She says she was born in Mondstadt and that her parents moved to Dornman port, which is in Mondstadt by the way, so when did she spend her childhood in Fontaine? To be fair, I'm not sure if her mentioning migrating could have meant to imply that her parents came to Mondstadt from another region, or whether it just meant that her parents moved from Mondstadt city to Dornman port. Regardless, I don't think there would have been any reason for her to not just clearly say her parents originated from fontaine if she was in danger of dissolving.
Same feelings honestly. Like at the end of the day fun is the goal, but Mona is 100% not from Fontaine. Also "grew up in Fontaine" lmao don't make me laugh Kamikoi-

Also, you should you the official interactive map to find sigils, oculi's, materials and to 100% the regions...
not sure if anyone has said it yet but you can combine the bubbles to make a huge bubble with a large explosion radius

They haven’t announced it but apparently the fashion designer kirara talks about is a dendro character from Fontaine idk if it’s a 4 or a 5 star I hope that helps

Don't really worry about Sumeru, because you can use dendrogranum (?) or whatever that thing is called, and the best thing is that it doesn't disappear when you teleport. So the most of the puzzles are doable thanx to that.
There maybe a few that'll be too far away, but i doubt there's any that can block the story or a quest.
Is not using portable way points because it's a mond rep device is still a thing?
@@Kam1koi it's just i remember your Inazuma lock uses that rule about other regions and their reputation, so i thought that rule applies here two.

At this point there’s no point doing the "Fontain locked" if you still using Mona, just call it your new account

furina is such a nice exploration unit. even when there’s a hydro enemy, you can still put up her healing mode to proc marechausee easier on lyney. though it’s a tiny bit annoying when using her pets mode while passing by interactable things since they drain your hp lol

I just got Mona after trying hard to get Furina the entire banner I feel like it was a curse from this series specifically 😭 Congrats on getting her though! I can live vicariously through you for now I suppose.

I got to 84 pity, and Mona came home instead of Furina. I like her, but that's not who I wanted. Still pulling, but as free to play, I doubt it will happen. Though I want the next banner's 4* , I don't want to risk my guarantee.

If this is your first Mona I have to say I’m a huge Mona enjoyer and she’s a great character with her burst that can do crazy damage and amplify other characters 🙏 I unfortunately got her C2 which is one of her worst constellations because it buffs her normal attacks which is not what I use her for lol

4:50 FYI, Arlecchino is not from French, it's from Italian. It's a Harbinger name, not Fontainian name, you know, that Comedia del'Arte thing. So 'Arlekino' is correct pronunciation but it does not have anything to do with how to read anything native to Fontaine.

I'm not sure how accurate this is, please correctly kindly if I'm wrong. But isn't Kaveh also from Fontaine? He mentioned he was born and raised there and his mom lives there remmaried to his step dad after his dad died. If Mona counts shouldn't he too? He's also dendro if it helps at all clearing Sumeru.
Where he mention being from Fontaine? I know about his mom living there but that's it.

Dorman Port is in Mondstadt not Fontaine so Mona needs to be kicked out of the team now
Mona is literally not from Fontaine, she said it herself, just accept it. This challenge makes no sense if you keep having exceptions. They put her dialogue there to finally disprove the already unreliable theory that she’s from Fontaine which had no ground whatsoever.
No one asked to you to hate on him there isn’t you farming for this challenge so get a job 🤨
