- Condos near prime District 10 are known for their proximity to town, good schools, and close proximity to Botanic Garden. I will compare 10 condos along this side of Farrer Road from 2019 to 2023. This is before and after Covid so that we can have a sense of how much prices have appreciated during this time.

I like this area. Opposite have hawker center
But offering quite limited...that the only prob..else it's a nice cosy corner.

U can’t do A&A or conserve as the quality of building is deteriorating bad..specially rc slab..moment u touch it , seepages ..

Woollerton Park has no guest parking at all. So a big negative.
The common area look extremely dated and basic.

I don't have an answer to it. All are at different price point. Buy a good property n you wouldn't lose sleep over it.
@alanweeproperty I noticed traditionally D15 and recently D21 performance been very strong. Alot old projects like Signature park, high oak been setting new high.
