Farmers-Ranchers-men who went to work at 13 after graduating Junior High are very successful! They had dreams and reached them. Some of the smartest men I’ve ever known. Sadly that generation is old and most are gone.

All the rain and snow that California has gotten this year should have gone into reservoir and containment areas instead of letting it run out to the Pacific.
California voted to create water storage in 2018 and yet we have seen nothing.😢 Makes you wonder where the money went.
Dems really can spend money and lots of it. Dems have little if any vision. With reps like Hageman, GOP is always the best choice.
Commercial and large buildings need to have rainwater catchment systems that feed irrigation for local parks and golf courses. Doing this is easier than many big projects. Recycling sewage is also a good option, but obviously more expensive. But we need to listen to farmers and ranchers and accommodate their needs while helping them put composted sewage and manure so that the soil holds more water. They also should get free help designing sales for their farms to converse ground water. These are difficult problems that local and state governments need to address before getting more out of state water.

But if she wants to make a point, she should ask him questions and let him answer and then we can judge about huis knowledge. Today, Government spends shit loads of money it doesn't have. It's an indictment, not a virtue, that Government can do all these 'amazing' projects whilst not having the money to do it, but just keep on railroading them through.
Democrats already printed the money. It is pure stupidity not to get some for your own state.

She simply stated that politicians and control freaks do everything in their power to stop expansion and sabotage systems like California, draining one of the biggest suppliers of water to San Diego county
How did she create it?
She is operating on a faulty premise - that all government projects are "good" because she can point out a few that may have been beneficial. For every government project that she can point out is beneficial, I can point out 10 that were abject failures.
failure is the very definition of democrat projects........corruption is a reason why democrat projects usually fail
I hate when they ask someone if they are a hydrologist or irrigation specialist etc., I'd love to have a witness say "I'm not, but neither are you, you are a politician and a lawyer, should you even be talking about water using your logic?"
She actually has experience working on these kinds of projects.
Except that is her specific line of work as a lawyer she handled resource disputes and please check your English in the last line of your comment.
Using that logic, NOBODY would ever get a penny from our elected representatives who have access to all kinds of specialists. See what I mean? They call these people for their knowledge, not for their filibustering. That's the klownz the Dems send in (and are being exposed in this video)

Take me for example, I'm just a high school grad and yet I know everything : )
