I’m going to be honest right now, this video isn’t my go to for "Korean lips". This is douyin lips which are Chinese, which is quite misleading. On top of that, this isn’t technically teaching people what to do. You’re simply providing us with what we need to actually have the acquired lips. And finally calling these lips "Korean", sets the unrealistic standard that every Korean has naturally "beautiful lips". Some of them are proud and crusty.
Actually they’re dominated by KBS so I’d check my info

a better tutorial:
1. Apply concealer around your lips, it's not necessary to put it on the whole mouth. Then use powder to set it
2. use a matte lipstick or a lip tint as the base color on your lips (the lighter color), with a cotton or a small brush fade the line of your upper lip and the sides of your lower lip
3. Apply a darker color on the middle of your lips and spread it to make the fade, it can also be a lip tint.
4. Use a lip gloss using a similar color of the lips or a colorless one
If you have darker skin or don't want to use concealer:
use the a lip pencil and blend it inwards
apply a base color an blend the borders (blend it with the lip line), then another color in the middle (optional) and blend again, finishing with lipgloss
You can also use the lip pencil to make the shape of the cherry lips
The most simple and easier way to make gradient lips it's just to pat in the middle of your lips a darker color of your lips and then apply gloss to make the jelly effect

here is something easier:
you need to have a lip gloss/lip oil that is the color you want for example red
take the red lip oil and put it only between your lips in the middle and then with your finger (of course clean it before) blend the lip oil and then add some chapstick over it or some clear lip gloss
⚠️ THE LIP OIL NEEDS TO ME A LIL MORE PIGMENTED
I do this everyday,glad to know it actually works tho 😁🫠
1. Put concealer over the outer edge of ur lips
2. Lightly blot with powder
3. Line ur lips in the areas shown in the image, to act as a contour
4. Add a slightly darker shade of lipstick in the centre on ur lips only
5. Blend a little with ur finger or a brush
6. Cover the entire lips with a shiny gloss
