The only mod Kevin missed that I wished he'd used is the one that makes Lady Dimitrescu’s hat grow in size every time you look away and back to her.
And that hat starts off pretty big.

Honestly, I think the protagonist is the most scary thing in the base game. Imagine being a vampire, facing what seems to be a normal man but no matter what you do, no matter how many times you cut up his hand or have a zombie bite him, he keeps coming after you
