കോടതി വിധിക്കെതിരെ ബിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയാൽ അത് കോടതിയലക്ഷ്യം ആകും. കോടതിയലക്ഷ്യം അല്ലാതെ ഒരു ബിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയത് കൊണ്ട് യാക്കോബായക്കാർക്ക് പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ഒന്നും കിട്ടാനും പോകുന്നില്ല. കാരണം അവർക്ക് പണ്ടു മുതൽക്കേ ആരാധനാ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം ഉണ്ട്.
