Dredging International, Suction Hopper "Artevelde"

Today 27/11/2012 I made a visit to the dredging vessel Artevelde. The Artevelde is vessel of the suction hopper class. The visit took place at Zeebrugge where the vessel was doing some maintenance dredging of the schippinglane. The visit was arranged between the surveying department of the Hogeschool Gent and DEME (Dredging International).
I would also like to thank the crew of the Artevelde and the representatives of DEME (Lode en Sofie) for the well organised and interesting day.
