PLEASE PLEASE please read this. I know a gold fish might seem easy to care for but they ARENT they can live for up to 15yrs but most of them dont even live 1/5 because people dont know how to look after them!!! U need a bigger tank which is filtered by a good filter. As gold fish do poop alot and this will rot and the water will soon become toxic to them. They also need a friend or two!!! Please they r animals, they may mot seem like much, they may seem like they dont have feeling but they do ❤️❤️❤️ please like this so she can see 💖💖
I had the same size fish tank with two gold fish and they lived for 9 years, swear to God. They were called Blinky (Same name as Mr Burns 3 eyed fish. haha) and Mrs Snowflake (Not my choice) . maybe we were lucky... but pet shops say you need a bigger tank because they want the money. We loved them fish we always made sure the tank was cozy and clean also that it was the correct temperature with a new filter every other month. Really sad when they died. It was so relaxing watching them swim after each other. Mrs Snowflake died first and Blinky died 3 days later. I think it realised and felt lonely. so sad. But like I said we were probably lucky. I think that because of human's keeping the fish as pets for years the fish are not as strong as they were when you bought them years ago, due to genetics and diseases through the 'natural' food we buy for them. that's my opinion tho. It's a big responsibility and not one to be taken lightly.
