When do you go from full pen to first strike build?
If you are not gonna one shot them directly, you go First Strike so you can gain Gold and also have the extra damage
First strike is for match ups that won't die that easily and you will earn gold from poking, the most stable rune game to choose will be the sorcery - inspiration combo where you will have the most damage and mobility combination!!
