There is always 2 sides of a story. Unfortunately that we never hear their own side of the story. I might be wrong. Maybe its their tradition they do not like to express about their past,and just get on with life's .
Even the Christians you have bad people.
As you mentioned sometimes let check or think what's when wrong and try to correct mistakes from both side. (employees /employers).
