Bro your indicator lights are malfunctioning when you switch to indicators from hazard. I recommend just contact simtac customer service. I faced same problem and it is resolved .

Hi guys, I have the same problem after install Simtac Hazard with simtac LED bulbs. Hazard system working fine But when I turn the indicator (for example left) the other side indicator (right one) small blinking and vice versa. What is the solution?? can anyone please. Thanks in advance
