- Telluride Colorado has been on our winter camping bucket list since we started! The goal was to find the most beautiful campsite with mountain views, and close to town that we could boondock (dry camp) at.
And boy did Telluride deliver! We ended up finding a nice flat campsite, on a mountaintop! 360 views, and only a 20-minute drive to downtown Telluride.
Telluride is also our last stop on our Epic & Ikon Pass Winter Adventure! It's bittersweet, but closing weekend at the Telluride Ski Resort was a perfect end to our season.
Two days, great conditions, and even a pond skim!
After the ski weekend, we explored downtown at a happy hour & a dive bar before we got in the truck and drove the million-dollar highway from Ouray to Silverton CO! They say it's the Switzerland of America.
Out of all the time we have spent living and traveling in this camper full-time, this is by far one of our favorite stops.
Our rig is a 2023 Grand Design Imagine XLS 22RBE.

Loved watching all season! You two are so cute and sweet together ! Love you’re keeping it real!
It was an awesome season, but lots of national parks and driving back east are coming up soon!
@@MackOnTheRoadI hope Yellowstone and grand Teton are on your list! Would love to see it! What parks are you guys planning on visiting?
@@dakotapruitt5383 I wish!! We won’t have time this summer, but we do have a video out about our time snowboarding in Jackson Hole. It’s beautiful up there, check it out! Videos on Zion & Bryce Canyon, and Great Basin are coming soon! We’ll plan on glacier and the badlands this summer 🎉
Have loved watching your adventures. Time to get to warmer weather for a while. Then when it’s time, head back to the mountains. Love you both!
Agreed. We loved the snow but we need some sunlight lol! Lots of national parks and hiking this summer and then back to the snow forwards the end of the year!
La diversidad de clima de tu país hace que este sea un país hermoso fuerte abrazo muchachos
Por eso se llama América la Bella.
Is your trailer 4 season? How do you keep everything from freezing? I have been looking into 4 season trailers
We have a video on what we do to keep from freezing. Check that out! Grand Design says it’s a “4 season” however that only means that it has an enclosed underbelly with one heat duct sending warm air to a part of it. Nothing freezes in temps from 20-35 degrees but once we get below that, pipes start to freeze. A true four season will have a heated AND insulated underbelly. Enclosed just means there is a thin sheet of plastic covering everything underneath. Hope this helps!
