This won’t apply to everyone, but what helped my Dad stop smoking after 25 years was cinnamon gum. Big Red, cinnamon Trident, as long as it had that spicy kick to it, it provided a good substitute for the cravings.

It won’t reverse any damage, but it can be a healthier alternative to a smoke if you are one of those people who needs something to do to stop you from picking that next ciggie up!

The capsule thing chin down has SAVED ME. I had so much anxiety taking pills that float because they would always get stuck in my throat! UNTIL I started dipping my chin down and then swallowing, allowing the pill to float to the back of my mouth first! Haven’t had a problem since!!

My Son was reading before he was four- not solely due to subtitles but they definitely helped. I will say that not all subtitles are correct - it comes down to whoever created them or how well the AI picked up on grammatical nuances, but for the most part, they are a great emphasis on reading and reading comprehension in my personal experience. Especially if it's something your child is interested and invested in watching.

I saw a study one time that says smoking combined with tea drinking actually increases cancer risk.
