Battery Replacement - ION Pathfinder Bluetooth Charger Speaker

I replace the battery in our ION Pathfinder Charger Bluetooth Speaker bought at Costco.

I didn't notice your missing hand right away, lol. Had this playing in the background while removing the rear cover of my Pathfinder. Then at the end you said something about two-handed people, which threw me off. Keep up the good work, I like what you do.

So happy i took out the old battery. Went a week at work with tunes. Put the new battery in....... And nothing hahahahaha. Came here to see what i did wrong. Nothing.

It might be the buttons, the one i have at the shop. The buttons aren’t working and we’re trying to figure it out

The screws in my Pathfinder were hex head, and the bit size I used was 3/32.
