- Konstantin from 7SecondsGarage travelled from Bulgaria to Malta to take part in the MDRA Winter Nationals 2024 with his awesome 6-second 5 cylinder Audi S2 Coupe with hopes of regaining the European Audi 1/4 Mile Record.
Unfortunately it didn't happen this time with plenty of wild runs as the car struggled to put the power down but the exciting news is Konstantin plans to come to Santa Pod Raceway for Doorslammers in a couple of months time!

those forward facing shots capturing the intensity of the tire shake were amazing. I feel badly for the team as they were trying all sorts but the torque management strategies weren't up to the task at all. Whenever they get a full pass in, the numbers are going to be unreal. The rear tires are growing more than the front, with the mechanical link in the awd system it wants to turn around every time. Equal sized stiff sidewall drag radials would help keep it straight.

How do people get cars over there? road trip across Europe and ferry over?
Yes you can get the commercial ferry from Genoa or you can drive all the way to bottom of Italy get one across to Sicily and then drive through Sicily and get one across to Malta.
Worked with a guy from Malta, asked him about the track... had no idea what I was on about 🤣🤣🤣 thanks for the vid as always 👊👊👊 I reckon a 7.2 if it would stay straight lol

It looks like throughoutall those runs only 1/4 of the power was applied. They need to reconfigure power distribution to each axle independently.
Too short wheel base for so much rwd powe and torque, that's makes car barely controlable at the best...in the most of the runs that car is absolutely insane savage.
I’d turn it down till it goes in a straight line twice in a row and when it does that’s a 6sec car beautiful
It's run a 6.9 previously in Greece
Trying to take too much range per gear ,creating too much load resistance / torque baggage , i see it constantly with 4x4 builds . need to divide that range between an extra gear
