It's close kin is the Kingston. Ask BTR to flush the plastic bag in his Kingston and Kingston WG next to his pool and see if it has the same hangups. Try this bowl on a flushometer. I reckon it'll do much better.
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations I edited 'Waterguard' to 'Kingston'. Got them mixed up. Kingston Waterguard is swirly. Kingston is not. They have different trap openings and siphon jet placement.
Not surprised as to how horrible this toilet is. Not surprised whatsoever. But it would be neat to see how it flushes on a Flushmate, or even with that with a cork in the siphon jet with a hole drilled through.
These versions I can't stand! Kohler completely dropped the ball. It's like somebody just push the ok on it and said yeah yeah whatever just put it out! 👀🙄😆😂🤣🤣
It's great for a Urinal but for a actual toilet - ha ha ha I don't think so!!! This thing is a pretty miserable excuse for a toilet as it failed most tests (the ONLY one it passed was the wash cloth - yep a old vintage Pedestal Urinal would pass that easily too) - the flush is terribly weak! The only saving grace that the bowl rinse itself is decent which is surprising given the flush itself being weak! I personally don't see the point in this toilet unless Kohler intended this to be a domestic Powder Room Tank Top Urinal than an actual toilet! I would give this 9/10 if it was intended to be used as just an urinal BUT as this is made and marketed as a toilet it ONLY gets 3/10 = worthy to be 'Trashed'!!!
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations no I don’t mean the American standard champion lmao I mean the Kohler Champlain from the 70s the lowboy with a tiny ass trapway
1:56 😂 😂 😂 😂 Didn't even try this is so bad I would never install one in my house even the toto drake I have is far better than this worthless piece of garbage
I love the tanks on these, it’s so tall and confident looking. if only i could say the same for the bowl
Yeah, I had an Ingenium with a tank like this and it was awesome.
Whoa! That’s a great urinal! I’m surprised that every single establishment doesn’t use this urinal.
They need to install these at Taco Bell, they will never clog
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_RestorationsHaha, good joke
I also reckon that those of us with hose type bidets will do what we've always done - wash down the bowl with the hose while flushing.
I've seen those, my grandma's house had one when she moved in.
It’s hard to believe just how great these toilets are. Imagine if every toilet was like this. Clogging wouldn’t exist anymore
😂
will you be uploading soon KDMC?
I have one of these from 1992 but I put this on my 1998 Ingenium tank
Interesting!
I’m kinda convinced that these were intended to be urinals lmao
Sure looks like it

These were never good with bags but I know I got a 70s Waterguard to take it.

Can you try it on high tank before dissecting it or destroy it?
I already did! And BTR has this toilet now.
Its just a kingston on a tank, it can actually syphon unlike a Kingston.
But its a urinal thats not a urinal, like a sandistand
I bet a Sanistand could outperform this thing
Which will perform better? 90s gravity fed Wellworth Lite or Class 5?
Easily a Class Five
Try it on a Sloan Flushmate or pressure assist tank as well as a high tank.,
I flushed it on my high tank
A Koehler well worth literally
I wouldn't say it's worth much
I found one of these at a Christmas party and it passed 35 feet suprisingly
Very impressive for one of these
Probably one ply
Happy thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving!
I am curious to see if this performs any better on high tank
Probably not .
Possibly like the case of the 80s wellcomme
I tested it on a high tank too!
On your old setup this is the "new and improved setup
@@cglplumbingoffical9601 New. My old setup doesn't work anymore.
Which is worse? Wellworth Lite or Toto EcoDrake?
Wellworth Lite for sure
keep the tank but smash the bowl try the tank on an ingenium for higher water pressure
Sadly the tank is cracked but the bowl was trash the day it was made.
Now, I've to dissecting this toilet
BTR has it now
I like these but I think the ingenium overpowers it
Definitely
This toilet is definitely the worst thing ever. This would probably do horrible if it were also on a flushometer I bet. Lol.
True. And they're bringing the design back.
Urinal?
Essentially
Oh
1994 is the worst year for toilet
Good Urinal, but horrible toilet, they should have make the urinals like this
I agree completely
Not surprised as to how horrible this toilet is. Not surprised whatsoever.

I did some testing like that on my high tank
@@OCC_Plumbing_and_Restorations I'd be interested to see that.

At least it has a glazed trapway

I say guilty and that it needs to be destroyed!
Agreed
Amazing urinal and beyond worst toilet ever
Ikr
Worst Kohler toilet ever
It's definitely one of them
Worst toilet ever
Would call it a Kohler Well Worthless Heavy toilet
One of the worst, that's for sure.
In all honesty, these toilets are pretty crappy & do clog easily
True
Probably the worst toilet Kohler ever made.
Definitely one of them
