im actually happy about how she takes care of herself. How she never eats any junk food and is so health conscious and always trys to stay productive even during the lazy lockdown days, honestly ! encouraging others to do the same

I love how supportive the bujo community is
I live alone and what has helped so much is creating separate spaces within my 600 square foot apartment. My desk has become my dining table, my dining table has become my desk, I strategically sit facing the opposite direction from my dining table while watching tv and sit on the other end of the couch when reading. Thankfully my bedroom is a separate space so my sleeping hasn’t been affected too much. But subtly separating my space has helped me not feel trapped in a small space. And walks every day help too!!

When I was feeling really lonely I did a 10,000 steps a day challenge. This means I was outside walking for roughly 2 hours a day and honestly this hugely helped my mental health. I know this much time walking isn’t possible for everyone but even setting a goal of 3,000 steps a day would probably help. I read a mantra somewhere that people are a lot like plants we need sunshine, care, water, and room to grow.
Living in a lock down situation is the best thing ever for me.

I heard her say, "You can never go wrong with pasta!" I enjoy cooking although I'm not that amazing, but it gave me flashbacks to when I once actually burned spaghetti while it was in the water! LOL! Just don't even ask how that happened cause I don't know!

OMG! So many people posted this Friday! I love the vlogs! I feel like I am more comfortable with bullet journaling so I decided to switch up my weekly setups, and they new ones are much much better for me! Also the podcast was amazing!
