Genuinely disappointed we don’t get biscuits as an option in the UK. I tried breakfast biscuits when I went to the US, and they are awesome. Why can’t US-style biscuits be a thing in the UK?

Our (Americans) biscuits what you (Brits, Aussies, etc) might call scones are light and flakey.
Good with butter, jams, or cream cheese.
Our scones are more solid and hard. Baked with more ingredients.
Our cookies what you call biscuits are flat sweet delicacies with various forms. Such as in texture, flavor, and additives.

Biscuits = Light, Flakey
Scone = Solid Hard
Cookies = Depends on the type. We have crunchy, soft, chewy, no bake etc. But most are flat and contain the starting flour ratio close to scone but slightly varries for each recipe.
Okay, so I really like McDonald's biscuits. But Rhett and Link just tearing them apart gave me so much life 😂😂

I kept on wanting them to eat one of the chicken fingers. And for anyone who doesn't know what an american biscuit is, it has some similarities with a scone but the difference between the two is a biscuit is light, buttery, and fluffy, some can be flaky and a scone is more dense and heavier and is sometimes flavored with fruits or nuts.
It's nothing like a scone. Scones are are hard and sweet. Biscuits are soft and savory.

Jimin Park It’s because their Bojangles biscuit was sent from North Carolina. They are in California. So the biscuit may not be the same flavor as it was when it was cooked.
