Hi Colin.... What make and model trailer do you have, and how do you get on with it. I am thinking of a new trailer to replace the original Orkney one with my 440. does the keel sit on rollers on yours. Nice looking boat, I would also like to replace my 20hp/2 for a 20hp/4.... it will be intersting to see how you get on... Happy Boating👍

Sorry but I sold the boat and trailer. I'm nearly sure it was a snipe trailer.

Hi there - thanks for posting these videos, there is so little real world information out there on Coastliners, 440's and 452's.How did you find the performance difference between the 20hp 2/ and the 20hp 4/. I see that you had 20knts solo with the 2/ on the back, do you think that the 4/ will be as good. My reason for asking is that I am considering a Coastliner but need an element of speed to cross our local river mouth bar. I mainly fish two up. Many thanks.

Hello I have not had the 4 stroke long enough to full see the difference. Only 7 hours on it . On a quick burst I got it up to 18knts. But I don’t expect it to do much more. As for the 2 stroke on its test it got 20 knts . But again I only had this on boat for one trip out and then changed it for the 4 stroke. Did not like 2 stroke noise dirty and uses a lot more fuel.
