@@itoshigestudio when you arrange each shape, you have the side that look like this /... do you really cut the board to look like this /, or you just cut the thin cover part to look like that?
I got it! No, you don't need to cut 45 angle. It's always straight(90degree) but for the edge, I removed 3mm of corrugate to give it a space to bend. I also would try with only a slit and a little bit of pressing, that works too.
