Hello, I have the radio in my Smart. HIZPO MARK. I installed it yesterday. It's running great but the lights on the side where the house and the on/off button are don't light up. I saw them for 1 second and they were white. Can someone help me.
If the parking is on, most of lights dim or off. And also check that the light color had been changed.

Hi, the android 10 player of the radio, how do I change the channel and put it as a favourite channel?
Most of android stereos have no options to mark the FM radio channels as favorite. But you can scan automatically or manually, then move up and down, or go to directly to the saved channels. The unit detects automatically the channel name.

Bought what is advertised a Android 13 radio but it's definitely looking like Android 10... when logging in on my Google account it, my two factor authentication on my phone said android 10 device. However in android settings on the radio it says 13. Is this obviously messed with to show wrong version? My radio app is the same as android 10s appearance and settings showing first the ports. I need my money back lol

This android 13 setting is very limited. Factory setting 1234. No boot logo, no developer option, no build number, no root?

@SetNFix Yes I can access the root files but I cannot touch or edit anything. I also manage to open developer option. But factory setting is very limited. If there's any way to customise the boot logo for this device would be great.
On the contrary, you may access both the Android Settings and Dev Options (as well as Engineers Mode), by using the following passwords
From the Factory Setup, enter 5678 for Stock Android Settings; or 56789 for Dev Options incl CanBus settings
@Dogg1512 Yes, I have managed to figure this out. But I can't do what I wanted to do still, and that is to change the boot logo. I have contacted the seller and apparently they restricted bot logo from editing. My only option is to root the device which I don't have the knowledge and also very risky so I leave it at that.

Bothh of them are built with AC8227L chipset. Their api level are low, their android versions are incorrect.
What do you mean exactly? What is their real Android OS?
AC8227L chipsets support android 10,11,12 and 13 as well. All are Android devices. There is no issue about Application Programming Interface (APIs) , I am using without any software issue, connectivity issues and the android versions are also correct. But if you think to use car head units for graphics designing, this is not good :-) . Most of people think that car head units do not support with android 13. It is a myth.
