Long eard owls

If you are lucky enough to find a long-eared owl, they are usually quite tolerant of human presence and will allow you to get relatively close for a photograph. They are mostly active at dusk and dawn, so early morning or late evening are the best times to try and capture them on film.
Patience is key when trying to photograph these elusive birds, as they can be quite skittish and easily disturbed with sudden movement. It may take some time to find them and get the perfect shot, but the reward is worth it when you are able to capture the beauty of the long-eared owl in its natural habitat.
