You inspire me to better take care of myself, I try my best but whenever something stressful happens I quit everything, I understand my life is been a lot volatile for some years now but I can still try and self pampering is actually good for mental health. Thank you for amazing content !!
I can relate! The past few days have been extremely stressful for me, but I keep going because this is life. Without these ebbs and flows, life would be nothing. Just know that we're all in this together. Drink lots of water, and be happy. 🫶🏻

What's your hair porosity? Can i use the naturali shampoo for low porosity dry hair? I'm looking for a mild shampoo...
I wouldn't recommend it for dry hair. It is a good shampoo but it makes my hair feel a bit dry.

Yes, without a doubt! The scrub smells good while you apply it, but it does not last very long, so you can definitely use the vanilla caramello lotion to moisturize afterwards.

you’re right but everything causes something or the other. We can’t always protect ourselves! We expose ourself to pollution and zillions of germs and bacteria everyday! Eating certain foods can cause diseases. Wearing something can cause an infection. Applying something can cause an infection! We can’t live in fear forever. The best way to live is to gain knowledge about things and take better precautions. I maintain my loofah pretty well and also change it every month or every three weeks. I know you’re coming from a place of concern and I truly appreciate it. I’ll also look for better alternatives ❤️

@@vanshikachamoli ngl, I didn’t notice it at first but after you commented I remembered that it happened with my previous foxtale’s vit c as well. It gets oxidised pretty fast as compared to other vit c serums! But thanks for noticing it. ❤️
