What's weirder is dresses and skirt-like clothing used to be more for men and they switched it for no reason, clothing is clothing as long as it's not scant

I agree that we need to further diversify men's clothing but there is a reason, there always is. In almost every culture, not just the western world, men's outfits typically reflect a casual version of the nations military uniform. If you look at the trends they follow closely behind the wars that happen throughout time. Right now look at the US military uniform, and look around at the casual guy you see at the grocery store.
Just like we tailor woman's pants to fit the beautiful aspects of woman, we need men's skirts that flatter men's bodies, and not just stealing from woman's sections imo. Unless you're a fem boy and can rock it ofc.

it’s so interesting seeing someone so interested in the women’s section. i’m a woman and i find the men’s so much more interesting because they have so much more comfier clothing. idk i just thought that was cool

My personal theory is that this is some form of "Greener Grass Syndrome" or whatever one may call this phenomenon. Men might take an interest in women's clothing for the increased variety in colors, textures, and styles because women's clothing tends to offer more options in those aspects of fashion. Meanwhile, they take the comfort and practicality aspects of men's clothing for granted because they're more used to it. On the other hand, women may take an interest in men's clothing for the increased durability, pocket space, and comfort because women's clothing might not offer those things as much, while the extra options in color, texture, or styling might not matter to them if they may happen to prefer something a little more plain looking anyway.

As someone who wore men's clothes for a while, it's so true, the women's sections just have so much more variety, cool looking stuff, and in some places are just larger.

I work in shoes, shoes don't have genders and neither do clothes. I tell customers that on a near-daily basis.

The mens section "needs to step it up" 😂 bro womens sizes are all over the place and we dont even get pockets. Youd think the sections are different cuz of sizing but naw our sizes are different based on store or brands its ridiculous
