Keep an eye out at Aldi's for the feta, garlic and herb hummus chips made with chickpeas. 110 calories for 21 chips.
Have you ever tried making queso with cottage cheese? 100 gm Fat free cottage cheese, 40 gm Shredded Cheddar cheese, 1/12 cup unsweetened almond milk, 2tbls salsa, pinch of salt and 1tsp garlic powder. Heat on stove and use an immersion blender to make it smooth. Its 7pts for the whole thing. Points would be lower if you used Velveeta cheese instead of the shredded cheddar.

Nikki , I’ve heard you comment on how bloated you used to feel before your WW journey. My husband took me out to dinner tonight to an Italian restaurant. We’ve been home for an hour & my stomach still feels overly full & bloated! Ugh I don’t like feeling like this. So, it’s back to business with WW!!

Simple Truth is still a Kroger Family of Stores private label 😊 just a little mix up. Aldi isn’t associated to Kroger

I tried mixing the ghost protein in my coffee and it developed weird milky curdles in it it was really gross.

My son and I tried the Ghost Chips Ahoy protein drink yesterday. They also had Cereal Milk flavor. It was tasty.
Loved Adam’s reaction to the Buffalo crackers. Have you tried the Meal Boosters Buffalo Protein Powder? They also have a cheddar cheese flavor, but I have not tried them. I am curious if they are good because it would be great to be able to make cheese sauce with protein powder…
