If the sellers are willing to sell more than the buyers are willing to buy than the sellers are eventually killing the demand, isn't it because after selling the shares the buyers number are decreasing so the demand should ho down. You didn't mention volume in your analysis. The chart also shows support at that level. That spot is a good entry point but could have easily been a liquidity grab on low volume to then squeeze out the shorts and continue up. Watch volume.
This would have satisfied one of my indicators of breaking a trend line I would have drawn but I’m not getting into a trade unless I see two of my indicators hitting

Nah bro, I immediately saw this as a sell template within less 5 secs when I saw it, I trade smart money concepts so this template is very common in the smc/lit space... Altho note, there's context to everything, it doesn't mean you have to trade wherever u see it, you multi timeframe analysis to understand where price is coming from & going to, there's always a why, when & how to every trade you should take. One last thing, the confluences I considered in order to determine this as a sell is different from what this CZcamsr explained.

This is a great video, and it was obvious that it was a sell, but honestly in real life, you won't know for sure unless you refer to a higher timeframe. That's been my experience. 😊
There is absolutely no reason to sell or buy, if you had done that live I would say you got lucky, but as you only did it in review, you already knew where the price went and looked for information useable to claim that these were your hints. But without a ChoCh, a BoS and most importantly a raid on liquidity anything can and will happen. Selling or Buying here is just gambling.

Stockmarket even when it's extremely volatile, it's very hard to 'Predict' it's nature. You need to know that really it's very important.

I see easy liquidity being swept, two opposing FVGs, an +OB, a nested MMBM and a turtle soup formation that takes out buyside liquidity, tapping into the bearish FVG before the real bearish move begins.

In that case, the price could've dropped just to fill the ineficiency of that big green candle on the left sid of the picture and mitigate the underline order block, just to continue the uptrend after. @@ayushjain828The CZcamsr doesn't bother to answer your question as he also doesn't know it. However, a General answer to your question would be: Depending on which trading you are doing. If you are Intraday Trading, you can use timeframe from 1 Minute to 5 Minutes, each of these is important.
If you are doing a Swing Trading instead, You don't care about 1 Minute Or Even Hour moves. You only care about Daily moves and Weekly moves. That's all you need to know if you're a trader.

after such a long explanation i was waiting for him to say sell, and show it completely reverse and go the other way. Also, selling right there is a bit risky since you do have an upward channel forming right after a clear support hold from the local low (Used previous resistance) knowing the timeframe also plays a huge factor as well

At the Selling Block.. There is also Order Block and Fvg together. So you can Plot the Order block all the way and the moment it gets tapped the price starts to fall.
I chose SELL, but I see it intuitively. My brain just figures it out naturally.
I might actually put a long on this one(if the next candle a bullish green candle).
Saw an inverted head and shoulders and the price went back to the neckline.
Current price is at support level as well. Higher highs and higher lows in the short run. (if the next candle is red like what just happened, will put a short order)
Normally on cases like this that there are indicators and signals both for long and short, i will go deep to lower time frames to know more :)

Yeah I saw that also. Although you can also have placed a pending order if you'd forecasted a bearish engulfing candle. All comes down to how your plan is set.
Buy. Inverted head and shoulder with a retest of the shoulder. Make sure it bounces off the support and buy.

Almost everyone who tries daytrading fails. You have whole teams of investors who monitor the market on a minute by minute bases and even they cant beat the market half the time. Day trading is a gamble. Nothing more, nothing less. Just buy buy buy and hold for the long haul. Thats the only proven way to consistently get wealthy investing unless you have inside information or get lucky.

I can use your own arguments to say that it is going to rise. After the upward trend you have a downward trend aswell. The price broke the top trendline with several consecutive greens followed by another tripple green.
This whole market analizis is kinda like lets see what happens and explain it why it happened rather than true prediction.
Long with a tight stop loss. It's still at the bottom of an upward channel. Which means I'm risking 1 to make 10 or 20 and it looks like you're risking 1 to make maybe 1.5. Because market direction is 50/50 and profitability is all about risk to reward, I win in the long term.
Everyone should buy or sell depending which timeframe they enter trades on..doesn't really matter because NO ONE trades the same.

The repeating pattern was RED candles were followed by buying... you got lucky and/or cherry-picked a winner.
SMC traders simply saw a liquidity sweep and a bearish OB hit so entries would've been better and it wouldve been a wick entry for SMC traders

It looks like price revisited the 10 period moving average where price tends to bounce from, on the timeframe which is ~5 times higher. So if it's the 1 minute timeframe then mean reversion happened on the 5 minute timeframe to the 10 period moving average.
