Another thing is if the motion moves too quickly you can adjust the sensitivity like other shooters, also for the new movement for S3 is revealed how you do it. The Squid surge (the one going up the wall) is by holding B and the Squid roll is by switching directions quickly and pressing B. Also a beginner friendly weapon is the splat roller. There is a bunch of different modes too that doesn't involve painting. There is a bunch more advanced movement options too like sub strafing or weapon strafing to when you get better at the game. Great beginner guide for ppl just getting into the game though!

Splatfest isn’t until sat, but you should just run into the room straight in front of you when you load in? I’ll reply tomorrow when I’ve played it for the first time 😊
