  • Today i received a free box of buildings, all in need of repair work. My favourite thing, lots of videos to come from this haul. Have a watch, see what i got and imagine what you could do with this stuff yourself..
    See you soon, dont forget to subscribe, click the bell, comment and leave a like if you enjoyed this video. Cheers, Paul.

    What a fabulous haul Paul - probably the best yet I would think. Guess which one is my favourite! ;-) I'm sure that once you have put your magic to it then it will look just as good as my thatched cottage mate - no fear in that but the main thing is that you enjoy what you do to it and I know that you will do that anyway. It's going to be fantastic when we see all this work transferred onto the layout although I do understand that won't be for a while but there's no rush - it's a hobby and hobbies are meant to be fun - not a chore. Looks like you other hobby is coming along nicely too - what a beauty ! ;-) Cheers for now mate and thanks for the mention as well. ........Graham

      Hi Fred, bike still has quite a bit to do before it goes out, my model room is full of stuff to go on or repainted or something. I really want to find some use for that trailer as i just dont like throwing stuff out mate.

    What a haul! That lot will keep you busy. Some nice buildings there. You will to go some to beat Grahame F.

      No intention of beating Graham, we have a chat on the phone from time to time so its just a little nod in his direction, it will be similar but nowhere near. Lots of stuff to work on now, although to be fair i have other projects on the go nearing completion but these are well received.

      Thank you very much, im a firm believer that if it can be fixed then it should be. It also means i have somewhat slightly different models from the normal issue. Thanks for watching.

    Hi Paul, What a haul! I recognise some of those houses are from the Airfix range of kits most of which are still available from Dapol. I built most of them myself during the 1960s, including the thatched cottage. I am sure that once you have worked your magic they will be something to be proud of again. ........................John

      @@recycledmodelrailways8655Hi Paul: I think the farm buildings are from the Airfix "Battle of Waterloo" set. It is the main barn and stables sections. The tile roofs and the large holes to connect to other sections are the give away. www.airfix.com/uk-en/forum/airfix-waterloo-farmhouse-176/?p=4/

      @recycledmodelrailways8655  Před 3 lety +1

      Thank you Tom, track is the only thing ill be buyng new too. I think that if you work on something old or damaged, you make it your own, and nobody else has one like it.
