I think it's pretty obvious the Psycho Rangers. Psycho Pink killed Lost Galaxy Pink. They defeated the Space rangers multiple times.They were destroyed but brought back 3 times. No other evil Rangers come close to the threat level of the Psychos. If not for a team up between Lost Glaxy and In Space. They easily would've killed the entire lost galaxy team.

I feel it should be said about Blaze and Roxy... Technically the only unique original form in Beast Morphers for either of them was Roxy's yellow armor. Her armor and both Blaze's gold armor and his dark ranger form were adapted from the original Go-Buster. Roxy's Sentai counterpart, Escape, only rocked the purple robot look in tough battles (and also had a femme fatale kinda thing with Blue Buster), but Blaze's counterpart, Enter, went through multiple powered up forms, including different versions of his gold armor, Dark Buster (his dark red ranger form) and he did manage to steal and hack into Beet Buster's (the gold ranger's) Morpher and morph into an evil version of Beet Buster (though that was exclusive to a V-Cinema direct-to-DVD episode, so it's questionably canonical)
I agree with you Este. Lord Drakkon is the most powerful evil ranger. Heck he is either the most or one of the most powerful rangers in general. He has wiped out entire ranger teams. Killed the Jason Lee Scott of his world. The only way they beat him in shattered grid was gathering various different ranger teams of different worlds to stop Drakkon. Even then he didn’t die
I'm a bit shocked not to hear mention of the Thunder Rangers or the Titanium Ranger on the list. I guess you could argue they weren't evil but just lied to but they seemed like they could have gotten something said about them
Is no one one gonna talk about Void Knight he’s both strong and cunning he’s gone one on one with Zayto being pretty even with on of the most experienced members of the team and he comes up with straight up cunning plans using Sporix and Robots he’s even used traps to incapacitate the rangers he literally found a way to tap into the grid he essentially did what Evox did during the finale of Beast Morphers and he’s the only know being to command a Sporix

Other contestants can be The Evil white Dino ranger OR the silver dino charge ranger. Trent has flashstep, Teleportation, Intangibility, Invisibility, etc. I also have Koragg here summoning wolf constructs and such.. but in terms of teams, I'm thinking Lord Drakkon and his team which is basically the evil MMPR and the Ranger Slayer Kimberly, Psycho Rangers, and A-Squad.

note the words in the galaxy. there is an entire multiverse dude, and some had convenient plot reasons that would have shielded them, or example the psycho rangers being trapped
Avatar Blaze and Roxy suits are not excusive to Beast Morphers. Avatar Blaze's suit is the Dark buster suit use by Enter for two episodes in Go-buster and was a corrupted version of Red Buster's suit due to the Fact he hide in backup for his date in the red ranger and was copying more from the red ranger's abilities after each defeat. as for Avatar Roxy that is just a recolor the a Escape Evolve suit. Now the Robo Blaze and Roxy suits where the Enter Unite and Escape Evolve suits these suit were not used until the second half of the show. and of the four suit I would consider only avatar Blaze/ Dark buster suit to be a ranger form, the other 3 suits I would say are monster forms. Also Korragg, I would not consider a ranger, because as Leanbow he feel like more of an Extra hero than a ranger. Now VoidKight that could be an evil ranger depending on how close Hasbro decide to mirror Gaisoulg story elements.

Pyscho ranger. All the other evil rangers went against the bad guys but psycho rangers only went against everyone but themselves. They trusted nobody and still manage to take down everyone on one on one. With even no powers.
