Idk how it would work out financially but getting luke his own GT3 would be a monumental heart warming moment for the channel. Maybe sell and push merchandise towards the ultimate gt3 goal.

I mean the safari is awesome and the gt3 is a great replacement but honestly I’d keep the safari it’s a interesting thing in the garage and I want to see it around for a while maybe a bit more off-roading but it’s up to you

Lol the windows are already installed and they are black. Red brick is wayy to old fashioned for such a modern looking house. Just my opinion:p

@@ForzaMonkey - Red brick and white windows in itself doesn't make a home look Victorian as it's more the intricate woodwork details, gabled roofs and large porches that modern houses don't typically have that create the true Victorian style - James' style of home can never be Victorian without totally remodelling it.
On bungalows or smaller houses the red brick and white windows and accents can look really good however on larger homes where there will be large open sections of uninterrupted plain red brick it can look really, really cheap.
Grey or greyish-brown tone stone or brick(or stone bottom few feet with stone sills and brick above) with black windows, soffits, fascia and accents and then a pop of colour(purple?... lol) with a focal point main door is a really sleek and popular modern design that can really suit this style of home but for my tastes it's overused these days and kind of boring when it's that common.
Too bad I don't have photoshop or any real digital graphic design skills or I could come up with several great options for James - born and raised in custom home construction so I've seen some amazing designs and horrendous ones to have a pretty good idea of what works and doesn't.
I should just send him a picture of a place I worked on that my uncle built a few years back as it's very similar style with a faux-bridge over the driveway(circles around in a loop though) to a carriage-house style garage and is a stunning design that looks modern but stately. Not sure they'd appreciate that though, haha.
Trading the safari Porsche for a GT3RS would be a huge financial mistake considering the gt3rs is going to plummet in value after the new 992 comes out and replaces it. Plus its just the .1 not the .2 so it’s not worth as much whereas the safari Porsche is worth much more

@@mikebracco890 It definitely will lose value. The new GT3RS with active aero will make the old one feel terrible after driving both. I say this after driving one for a while and understanding the market and car very well.. it will most definitely lose value.

As an owner of a GT3 all I have to say is that try to not slip in the GT3RS it’s difficult to keep the car stable because it’s so fun to drive hence one of the most amazing porsches ever made

Also, he made a great point about depreciating value: the value of the Safari will only go up, whereas the GT3 RS will continue to decline. I think having either car would be great, but the Safari serves a niche that the rest of his collection doesn’t fit. He already has 5+ supercars.

Simple suggestion for your home front. Copy exactly what your buddy's house looks like with the pool that you and Clayton would go and swim at all the time. That's the most beautiful home I have ever seen!!! You couldn't go wrong. Easy peezy lemon squeezy.
I personally think that James should keep the Safari. I also would recommend Crimson Red Bricks, w black window trim and warm lighting around the house.

As amazing as the GT3RS is I think it makes more sense to keep the safari. And instead maybe work towards getting a GT3 RS and maybe turn it into mini project.

I think the safari won't get a ton of use on the channel. In terms of drawing views and potential, I think short term at least, what the gt3rs lacks in investment quality, it makes up for in clicks.
