We sent ours back as the back is too low and the pillows did not look like what is on their website. They have an excellent easy return. They even pay shipping back.
When are you guys doing the furnished apartment tour 😩
They already said not anytime soon. It's a big house and it would take some time to put it together.

Cozey has 30 day return policy. We sent back our classic couch as was too firm and bought the Cielo. Great customer support.
